4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Counselling Fees

  • Counselling and service fees are one-time fees
  • Fees are non-refundable once services have started
  • Services may include counselling, research, shortlisting, document guidance, and application processing

4.2 Refund Exceptions

A refund may be considered only if:

  • No service has been initiated
  • A written cancellation request is received within 3 days of payment
  • The Company, at its sole discretion, determines that a refund is applicable

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Payments made to third parties are governed by their own refund rules, including but not limited to:

  • Universities and colleges
  • Visa authorities and embassies
  • Partner institutions and awarding bodies
  • Testing agencies and related organizations

4.4 Cancellation

  • Users may choose to discontinue services at any time
  • No refund will be provided for partially or fully delivered services

5. Affiliate and Partner Policy (100X Model)

5.1 Structure

PathUnivAbroad LLP may operate a multi-tier affiliate model, which may include:

  • Direct Affiliates (L1)
  • Sub-Affiliates (L2 and L3)

5.2 Commission Eligibility

Commission shall be payable only when all applicable conditions are fulfilled, including:

  • The student has successfully enrolled
  • The tuition fee has been paid to the institution
  • The commission has been received by us from the partner institution

5.3 Commission Terms

  • Commission rates may vary depending on partner, institution, country, and program
  • Application, registration, or similar fees are excluded unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing
  • Commission payout timelines depend on partner institution processing timelines

5.4 Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates and partners must:

  • Provide complete and accurate student information
  • Follow ethical counselling and marketing practices
  • Avoid false promises, misrepresentation, or misleading claims
  • Act in accordance with company guidelines and applicable laws

5.5 Restrictions

Affiliates and partners must not:

  • Claim guaranteed visas or guaranteed approvals
  • Misrepresent institutions, programs, fees, or outcomes
  • Collect unauthorized fees in the name of the Company
  • Use company branding without permission

5.6 Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict affiliate or partner access, and to withhold
commissions in cases of misconduct, policy violations, fraud, misrepresentation, or unethical conduct.

6. GDPR and International Compliance

6.1 Compliance Scope

We aim to comply with applicable laws and standards, including:

  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU/UK users, where applicable
